Planning your trip
We know that it’s vital for customers to understand and make their own minds up about what assistance they will need, including getting adequate information about the mode of transportation and accommodation facilities.
We also know it’s vital to help customers provide the right information about their needs to the right people at the right time. We do not make assumptions about our customers, but we let you be part of the design/booking process.
By giving us as much information as you can it will help you and us to plan a great safari. Be realistic and list your particular needs in different holiday situations: booking, travelling, transfers, accommodation, getting out and about in the destination. Consider how independent, comfortable and healthy you’re likely to be in a different environment and climate like Tanzania or Kenya and where language may also be a challenge.
This will allow us, together with our partners, to plan and arrange the best tailored trip for you and your travel party. Of course we are there to guide you through this process by using a special checklist created for disability travel into Africa.
Wish to find out if a safari into Africa is something for you?
Having a ‘disability’ does not mean Africa is not possible to be visited.
Do the test and get immediate advice if you are capable!
